Clear Sky Lightning
Clear Sky Lightning is book 1 in the Clear Sky Lightning Trilogy. It is a YA novel centered around a young woman who gets struck by lightning out of clear sky and is imbued with odd powers. When a powerful organization murders her parents and tries to recruit her, she runs and is rescued by yet another organization. They offer her training and a chance to avenge her parents’ deaths as well as an opportunity to help save the world from a madman bent on world domination.
